Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase from Goobsy.com. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.
1. Returns
1.1 Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. EU customers may exercise their right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive 2023/2673,* within this same 14-day period by submitting a request via our withdrawal form.
1.2 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- All original tags, if applicable, must be attached.
- Items such as perishable goods, custom products (e.g., personalized items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items (e.g., opened beauty products, intimate apparel for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.
- All sales on clearance or final sale items are final.
1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@goobsy.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. EU customers may also use our withdrawal form.
Once your request is received, we will confirm it by email and provide return shipping instructions. You must ship your item(s) back within 14 calendar days of receiving our confirmation email. If items are not shipped within this window, your return request will lapse and no refund will be issued.

Note: Please do not mail items to the address on your shipping label or to the manufacturer without prior authorization, as we cannot guarantee a refund for unauthorized returns.
1.4 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exception: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will provide a return label or cover the return shipping costs.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
For EU customers: In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive 2023/2673,* we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item or proof of shipment, whichever comes first. We reserve the right to withhold your refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of return shipment.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges
We generally do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exception: If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will arrange for a replacement. Please contact us immediately via the link above with your order number and photos of the issue.
4. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
