1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We work with international suppliers to bring you unique products. Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time. Shipping times are estimates and various factors can impact delivery, including carrier delays, customs processing, and unforeseen logistical issues.

  • United States: 7-15 business days.
  • Europe (including UK): 7-20 business days.
  • The Americas (excluding USA): 10-25 business days.
  • APAC (Asia & Oceania): 10-25 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping based on your destination. Prices below are shown in USD; however, if you are shopping from a region with a different local currency (such as the Euro), the final cost will be converted and displayed at checkout.

  • United States: $4.00 Flat Rate
  • Europe (incl. UK): $14.00 Flat Rate
  • The Americas (excl. USA): $13.00 Flat Rate
  • Asia & Oceania (APAC): $15.00 Flat Rate

The final, exact shipping cost—including any local currency conversions—will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 1-2 business days after shipment for the tracking information to become active and update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For all international orders: Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT) levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. Goobsy.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@goobsy.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

8. Lost Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@goobsy.com. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
